Local BBQ restaurant opening second location

A little bit of Memphis is making its way to Central Ohio.

Smoked Lick BBQ, which started as a catering company just a couple of years ago, is already opening their second brick & mortar location after moving into 4333 Cosgray Rd. in Hilliard last year. This new location will be in the TruePointe development in Hilliard.

The BBQ spot serves Southern BBQ favorites: BBQ sandwiches and brisket using all fresh, lean, USDA choice meats, plus sides like baked beans, cornbread, biscuits, coleslaw, greens, mac & cheese and much more.

While their Cosgray Rd. location does more carryout and delivery, the TruePointe restaurant will offer a dining room and bar!

“TruePointe is the perfect home for our next chapter because it’s built around community, which aligns perfectly with what we’ve always been about,” said Smoked Lick BBQ Executive Director Mariah Hasson in a press release.

So far, an opening date has yet to be announced.
