Local Central Ohio bistro serves the best burger in the state, according to national food guide

Believe it or not, this time around the best burger isn’t found at Thurman’s or Preston’s, according to this foodie guide. In fact, it’s found at a tiny bistro in Whitehall.

According to LoveFood, a national travel and restaurant guide, the best, and highest rated burger in all of Ohio can be found at Flavor 91 Bistro, located at 5186 E. Main St.

“Flavor 91 Bistro promises sustainably sourced, all-natural ingredients throughout its menu. Much of the produce comes from Ohio-based farms, too – and the green ethos is also reflected in the green-tinged diner. But while that’s all well and good, it doesn’t count for much if the food doesn’t taste great. Luckily, Flavor 91 Bistro has that covered as well. The popular Flavor Burger includes Ethiopian-style seasoning that customers just love,” said LoveFood.

Along with delicious burgers, Flavor 91 serves wings, which they call “The Best Wings in Ohio,” plus fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches. They also offer a variety of craft cocktails and desserts.
