From Corn Dog Cake Pops to Cheesecake Nachos, one Columbus dessert shop is kicking off the summer in a totally unique way.

The Cheesecake Girl will be rolling out a slate of unique offerings for the July 4 weekend. These include:

Corn Dog Cake Pop: A yellow cake pop dyed “hot dog pink”, coated in chocolates and drizzled with ketchup and mustard-colored buttercream frosting.
Cheesecake Nachos: Cinnamon sugar chips (The Cheesecake Girl’s Cheesecake Taco Shells) with strawberry “salsa” and nacho cheese-colored frosting for dipping.

According to Cheesecake Girl owner Sam Strange, these two special items were created for a fair-themed event at the eatery’s Center Street Market location. The event took place last weekend, but they’ll be offered once again on the Fourth of July weekend.

Additionally, The Cheesecake Girl has also opened out preorders for a trio of Fourth of July-specific treats, including Strawberry Jello, Fruit Pizza Celebration cake and S’mores Cookies.
