Local favorite Mexican restaurant closes

A local favorite for tacos and Pancho Villa platters said goodbye.

“Thank you for these past four wonderful years,” said Zacatecas Grill on their Facebook announcement. The Mexican restaurant is a neighborhood favorite for the Worthington area, located at 1175 Worthington Woods Blvd.

At first, Zacatecas temporarily closed for remodeling, but their announcement made it official that they won’t be reopening. 

Many locals commented on their Facebook post that they will be deeply missed. “We will miss you so much. Not only was the food superb, but the staff – every single one – was kind and welcoming. Our orders were remembered, even when we hadn’t been in in a while. You were loved,” said one comment.
