Local restaurant known for unique tacos opening 11th Central Ohio location

With unique tacos & huge burritos, unlimited chips & salsa, and blood orange margaritas, it’s no wonder this local spot for Mexican-American inspired cuisine is continuing to expand throughout Central Ohio.

The City of Pickerington announced on Facebook that Local Cantina will be joining the east side suburb. “It’s part of our continued investment in the downtown,” they said in their statement. The new Local Cantina, which marks its 11th location, will be at the corner of Columbus and Center Street.
“This is exactly the kind of growth Pickerington needs. More exciting spots to network and meet new people,” a local community member commented on the post.
The acclaimed restaurant first opened a decade ago, and although some locations have closed since, their momentum continues to grow. In fact, there’s been a long wait on the patio at the Local Cantina closest to me for two days straight with this warm weather.
