“Well, folks…. It’s officially the end of an era. Kitty’s Hissin’ Chicken food truck has been sold. We’re pretty devastated to see it go, but we’re so happy that the truck was passed onto another female owner that will continue her legacy,” Kitty’s Hissin Chicken’s post reads. “Thanks for the memories, and thanks for the support over the last few years. This has been an experience we’ll never forget.”
The truck, which first opened in 2022, featured a gigantic cat icon emblazoned on its side with reds, oranges, yellows and a fiery flare. Fittingly, it served Nashville-style hot chicken in a variety of preparations, Nashville-style hot fish, sides and occasionally their Everything But the Sink Cookies, which combined chocolate, pretzels, potato chips and more.
