National build-your-own-bowl chain opening Dublin location next month

Central Ohio will soon be adding another option for health-conscious, whole food dining.

In a statement posted to its Instagram account last week, Roots Natural Kitchen announced that it plans to open a Dublin storefront.

“We’re opening in Dublin, Ohio,” the post reads. “We’re so excited to bring another Roots to the Columbus area.”

The new eatery will be located at 7048 Hospital Dr. in Dublin, and will officially open its doors to the public on Nov. 8.

The concept is known for serving fast-casual grain and salad bowls with a focus on health and fresh ingredients. Roots also allows patrons to build their own bowls from a variety of greens, grains, proteins, sauces and more.

Roots Natural Kitchen operates two other Columbus-area locations, one in the University District, and another that opened in Grandview in May.
