National ‘build-your-own’ Mexican concept files permit to open new Central Ohio location

Good news for people who love building their own burritos and bowls!

Chipotle is planning on opening in a new development near Sunbury Road and Sky View Lane, according to documents released by Delaware City Planning Commission, who approved of the rezoning and development on December 3.

If Delaware City Council approves, the Chipotle will be part of a 10.3-acre site with multiple other businesses, including a brand new Chick-fil-A. A public hearing is scheduled for January 12.

This would mark the second Chipotle in Delaware.
