We’ll give you a hint: they offer a burger that was originally created for competitors in the Arnold Classic bodybuilding competition, consisting of a bottom bun, mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato, pickle, banana peppers, a 12-ounce beef patty, bacon, cheddar cheese, another 12-ounce beef patty, sauteed onions and mushrooms, ham, mozzarella and american cheese, and then the top bun.

If that sounds familiar, yup – it’s none other than The Thurmanator from The Thurman Cafe, which the national foodie guide Foodie Haven has named as the absolute best restaurant here in Ohio.

“Across the U.S., every state has that one restaurant everyone swears by, and we’re here to spill the beans on the best of the best. No cookie-cutter chains or average meals here, as these are the spots that locals can’t stop talking about and visitors can’t wait to try,” Foodie Haven said.

Specifically regarding The Thurman Cafe, they said, “Brace yourself for burgers that seem to have a mind of their own—larger-than-life patties stacked with toppings. If you’re in Columbus and hungry, this is your pit stop for all things juicy and satisfying.”
