A Kroger Marketplace, complete with a Murray’s Cheese Shop, Starbucks, wider selection of produce, deli items, baked goods, meat, seafood, plus sushi counter, drive-thru pharmacy, and an on-site Fuel Center has broken ground at 1650 Sunbury Road.

The store will be around 120,000 square feet and is projected to create 225 new full-time and part-time jobs and generate an estimated $6 million in annual payroll.

The new Kroger is projected to be completed by 2027.
