New elote food truck announces grand opening

A fresh new Columbus food truck is set to hold its grand opening in just a matter of days.

With food truck season just around the corner, The Elote Man announced it will officially open to the public on May 3.

The food truck’s grand opening event will be held on May 3, from 4:30-9 p.m. It will take place at 3559 N. High St., in the parking lot of the Clintonville AutoZone.

As the concept’s name suggests, The Elote Man will be offering three different flavors of Mexican street corn (grilled and served on the cob or in a bowl, alongside a rich sauce and cheese). According to its Facebook page, the new Columbus concept will even be offering Hot Cheeto elote and even a rainbow-colored variety, although it’s unclear what flavor this will be.
