New pizza and sandwich concept opens in Columbus suburb, and it’s already getting rave reviews
A new spot for pizza made with fresh dough and sandwiches made with smoked meats is now open, and the community is already loving it.
“I like to consider myself a big foodie. The Cuban sandwich is one of my favorites of all time,” said a member of the acclaimed Columbus Foodies Facebook group. “I found this place in Gahanna, Ohio. Brand new, just opened. This is legitimately the best Cuban sandwich I’ve ever had.”

It probably helps that at Spice Theory (newly opened at 750 Cross Pointe Rd. Suit K), everything is sourced locally and made from scratch. The new restaurant is inside of Noble Cut Distillery, and offers the perfect companion to some booze, such as Masala Fries, Chips & Dip, Hawaiian Spare Ribs, plus pizzas, flatbreads, and the sandwiches that’s already on Columbus’ radar.
Stop into Spice Theory Wednesdays through Saturdays, 12-10 p.m.
