New pizzeria opens, serving Neapolitan-style pizza, bubble tea, and handcrafted coffee

There’s a new spot for Neapolitan pies, deep dish, and even specialty coffee and teas.

Artisan Pizza Cafe just opened at 91 E. 5th Ave. in the Short North. The pizzeria and coffee shop hybrid serves decadent pistachio iced lattes and pastries by day, and then delicious pizza pies by night, loaded with cheese and toppings of your choice on a bubbly crust.

The new restaurant also serves fresh lemonade and bubble tea as well.

The muffins were fluffy and fresh, and I even saw the owner preparing fresh ginger to blend into their house-made African chai. She told me about it and I had to try it—so flavorful and unique! Everything we tasted was incredibly fresh and delicious. This is a family-owned spot, and it shows—the owner and her daughters were so warm and lovely to chat with. Can’t wait to come back and try the pizza!”

Check them out at Monday through Wednesday, 8am-9pm, Thursdays and Sundays 8am-10pm, and 8am-12am on Fridays and Saturdays.
