Columbus’ newest rooftop restaurant and bar will arrive in less than a month.

Astra Rooftop, which was created by One Hospitality (in partnership with Concord Hospitality and Continental Hospitality Group), will officially open its doors to the public on July 11.

The new concept is located at 517 Park St. It is taking over the home of Lumin Sky Bar, which will close.

Astra plans to hold a ticketed grand opening even the night before its public opening. Titled Fire in the Sky, it will feature fire dancers, DJs, endless bites and two drinks each for $40. You can purchase tickets here.

Reservations for the restaurant itself, which open July 11, can be made here.

The new rooftop spot is headlined by culinary director Branden Weigl, previously of Forno, and Director of Operations, Hans Maggard, a Columbus native who formerly worked at the lauded Austin, Texas eatery Suerte.

According to a press release, the restaurant’s signature items will include a flaming tomahawk steak and table-side flaming cantaritos.
