NJ-based eatery serving Pistachio latte, Dubai chocolate opening first Columbus location

An eclectic restaurant is opening its first Central Ohio location.

According to a social media post, Pink Pistachio Cafe is preparing to open in the Columbus area. 

The concept has not publicly shared the location of its Columbus eatery, but it is advertising the restaurant on both its social media pages and its website. It’s currently hiring for the Columbus Pink Pistachio Cafe.

The eatery currently operates one location in Somerset, New Jersey, and is adding another in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. 

While we’re not entirely certain how to classify the type of cuisine served at Pink Pistachio, you can rest assured there’s a whole lot of it. The eatery offers trendy drink options like Pistachio Lattes and strawberry matcha options, in addition to a variety of cafe fare, like breakfast pizza, crepes and pancakes.

Pink Pistachio Cafe also offers a full slate of entrees, including salmon, lamb chops, ribeye steak and more.
