Polaris-area restaurant shares video of alleged dine and dashers
A Columbus restaurant is having some fun at the expense of a group of alleged dine and dashers.
Earlier this week, CJ’s Soulfood, a restaurant and live music venue that’s located at 1262 E. Powell Rd., released a social media post and accompanying video that documents what it alleges is a group of four diners leaving the restaurants without paying.

“If anyone knows these lovely ladies they each had a lemon drops, appetizers and an entree. We think they may have forgot to pay the bill before exiting out the front door,” the post reads. “Delaware County Sheriff’s says they can come get all the free meals they want.”
CJ’s also released an accompanying video of the incident, which you can watch below. According to the camera’s timestamp, the incident took place just after 5:30 p.m. on Aug. 2.
