Central Ohio is loving this new option for health-forward, nutrient dense, fast-casual salads and bowls, so much so, that the concept is already expanding to a third location after opening their second in May.

Roots Natural Kitchen first opened about three years ago on campus, offering a quick yet healthy option to fuel hungry college students. Then, their second opened at 808 Grandview Ave. just three months ago (equipped with a drive-thru!) and now, a third is on its way.

Now, a third is officially coming to Dublin, in the location that once housed LaRosa’s Pizzeria, at 7048 Hospital Dr. An opening date has yet to be determined, but you’ll be able to grab your favorites there.

The Roots chain now has 15 restaurants around the U.S., with the Campus and Grandview locations being the only ones in Ohio. They’re all about “getting back to the basics with what we eat,” offering a plethora of healthy bowls and a build-your-own option, with ingredients like brown rice, roasted sweet potatoes, charred corn, avocado, pita chips, feta, lime-pickled onions, chicken, barbacoa, BBQ you, red chili miso tofu, chimichurri mushrooms, and much more.
