Popular classic diner owner launches new food truck
You may know Jenny’s Diner for their Steak & Eggs and Reubens, and now, you can add street tacos and burritos to the restaurant’s long list of delicious options.
Jenny’s Diner owner Jenny Dials worked at Tee Jaye’s for 17 years, then Beechwold Diner for a few, before opening her own spot at 4768 N. High St. in Beechwold. The diner’s been open for a little over a year, and now, it’s trying out a new concept: a taco food truck in their back lot, called Gabriella’s.

Gabriella’s no-frills menu includes street tacos, tortas, quesadillas, nachos, american tacos, burritos, and more, with the options of chorizo, asada, pollo, pastor, and birria.
Mexican food is nothing new for Dials—she already offers a weekend special at Jenny’s of made-from-scratch dishes as a nod to her Mexican heritage, such as tamales, huevos rancheros, and chilaquiles.
