Popular distiller opens cocktail bar with 15 pinball machines

The distiller-to-cocktail-bar pipeline is strong here in Columbus, and Noble Cut Distillery is the newest brand to follow in other spirits makers’ footsteps.

In 2023, the concept unveiled a tasting room and bottle shop at 750 Cross Pointe Rd., and now, right next door, Noble Cut Distillery opened their full-service cocktail bar. The space used to house Heart State Brewing and Homestead Beer, and Noble Cut acquired it after the breweries moved.

The new Gahanna bar offers craft cocktails infused with their homemade spirits, plus Ohio-based beers, as well as some snacks. They’re still putting the finishing touches on their new space, but it boasts an event room and game room with more than 15 themed pinball machines.

They’re open Wednesday through Saturday, 12pm-10pm.
