Popular frozen custard spot opening new location

We can’t get enough of frozen treats in Columbus. So naturally, we are delighted when any of our local favorites open up a new spot.

Whit’s Frozen Custard, a beloved place for custard with mix-ins, is getting ready to open a brand new location in Grove City’s Historic Town Center this summer.

Currently hiring and slated to open its doors in July 2025 at 3968 Broadway, the Grove City Whit’s was originally announced in 2023 as one of five new locations. The frozen custard shop’s rapid central Ohio expansion includes a very recently opened Circleville location as well.

Whit’s Frozen Custard has been in business for over 20 years, serving up favorite and seasonal flavors, including their candy-filled  “Whisters,” dairy free options, and other cool treats.
