Popular local ramen concept closing
Columbus’ only pop-up yatai ramen cart experience is saying goodbye to their current location.
Red Rabbit Ramen has called Echo Spirits Distilling Co. home since 2022, becoming a popular spot for delicious and authentic ramen. However, the ramen cart, parked on the patio with the iconic red lanterns that read “RAMEN,” won’t be there in the upcoming new year.

“We are sad to say that December will be our last month at Echo Spirits Distillery,” said Red Rabbit in an Instagram announcement. “As of now, we plan to close out the year with you all at Echo, but please stay tuned for any updates. We hope to see you for a night of ramen and cocktail goodness over the next few weeks!”
Red Rabbit said that isn’t necessarily a goodbye, but rather a “see you later.” “If you hear of any spaces or know someone who can help us find a place to call our new home, please don’t hesitate to reach out,” they said.
“We are thankful for the time shared at Echo with the bar staff, Grandview residents, and traveling foodies. You have all contributed toward this part of our journey in big and small ways, and we cannot emphasize enough the love we have for this community.”
