Popular mini-donut food truck lands permanent location

Monster Baby Donuts have put their popular food truck in park.

According to owner Emma Fleming, the truck will now be located permanently at 700 Bryden Rd., in Olde Towne East.

The area is familiar to the local donut makers, as Monster Baby operated a location inside the East Market until the summer of 2024.

“We are SO excited to finally have a little home base. The official open date is TBD, but we will be sure to update as information comes,” the concept wrote in a social media statement announcing the permanent location.

Monster Baby–whose donuts are miniature, gluten-free and vegan—offers a wide variety of rotating flavors. Its social media post noted that, with the permanent location, Monster Baby is exploring adding other items to its menu, potentially including an expanded number of donut flavors, savory options, coffee, tea, soup or salad.
