Popular restaurateur opens Hong Kong-style dim sum concept

From the creators of one of Central Ohio’s favorite restaurants, Ty Ginger Asian Bistro, comes another dim sum concept, aptly named Dim Sum Asian Bistro.

Local restaurateur Tyler Ma just opened Dim Sum Asian Bistro this week at 775 Yard St. near Grandview, offering authentic Hong Kong-style dim sum.

If you’re unfamiliar with the concept, dim sum is a traditional Chinese meal made up of small plates, such as steamed and savory dumplings and other snacks. It’s a fun, beautiful, lively experience, and a perfect way to connect with friends over food.

You can even try dim sum here but not have it as your main course. Dim Sum Asian Bistro also offers popular Chinese-American dishes, like General Tso’s, fried rices, soups, pad Thai, sweet & sour shrimp, and much more.
