Popular Short North restaurant opens second location in Cbus suburb

There’s now another restaurant to get delicious ramen with homemade broth, meats sourced from reputable farmers, and vegetables grown locally.

The owners of Ampersand Asian Supper Club, the popular restaurant in the Short North, just opened a second location in Uptown Westerville, where Megan Ada and her husband/co-owner, Josh Cook, reside. “Uptown has become such a fun place to be. We all know each other and it’s super exciting to see familiar faces we’ve already served at Asterisk and Sunny Street.”

Ada and Cook own Asterisk, another popular restaurant in Uptown about 100 ft away from the new Ampersand, as well as Sunny Street. Ampersand serves more Asian-forward, house-made cuisine. Think chef-driven, gourmet ramen and rice bowls, and sharable small plates. Even their crab rangoon and egg rolls are made completely from scratch.

Inside, it’s modern, chic, and cool, featuring an open kitchen to watch all the action. Enjoy their Cherry Blossom Front cocktail, with Watershed Four Peel Gin, cherry blossom, tart cherries, and foam, all while listening to good music and enjoying delicious food. Or, you can take that cocktail to-go, for the Westerville DORA has been extended to Ampersand.
