Popular Southern restaurant expanding to Columbus suburb

One of the trendiest lunch recipes online right now is…cold, mayonnaise based salads. The dishes that your grandmother used to make for the church potluck are back (for some though, it never left!), and a popular Southern restaurant chain is definitely capitalizing on it.

Chicken Salad Chick, an Atlanta-based fast-casual chain known for a variety of chicken salad offerings, is bringing a fourth Columbus location to Dublin after opening in Grandview Crossing, Hamilton QTR, and Westerville the past couple of years. This new location will be at 4345 West Dublin Granville Rd., South of 161 and East of Riverside Drive. It will open early next year.

Since first establishing in 2008, Chicken Salad Chick has opened more than 240 restaurants. Their menu features daily soup specials, sides like broccoli salad and mac & cheese, plus of course, twelve different chicken salad offerings, ranging from spicy to fruity and nutty.
