Popular wood-fired pizzeria announces Italian Village opening date

Elevated Wood Fired is coming to Budd Dairy Food Hall, and know we know when.

We announced earlier this month that the popular pizzeria planned to relocate to Budd Dairy, and the brand held its grand opening on June 17.

“Tuesday June 17, 2025 we open our newest concept; Elevated Pizza Kitchen, at the famous @budddairyfoodhall we will be making deck oven pizzas (if you’re a fan of our dough in the wood fired oven you will be very pleased) and serving fresh baked goods made with love by our baker,” the pizzeria’s opening announce on Instagram reads.

The concept, which began as a food trailer in 2021, offers a wide range of gourmet, wood-fired pizzas featuring hand-made dough and artisanal ingredients.

Budd Dairy is located at 1086 N. 4th St. Elevated will fill the vacancy left by Borgata Pizza Kitchen–one of the food hall’s original vendors–which left in April.
