‘Pulp Fiction’ themed burger joint with beef tallow french fries opens 

Yes, this new Pulp Fiction inspired burger joint of course offers a Big Kahuna burger.

Burger Royale is now open at 1758 N. High St., in the former historic Apollo’s restaurant. The restaurant first started as a food truck, immediately gaining popularity for their burgers on butter-toasted brioche buns, hand-pattied and grilled-to-order meat, and fresh-cut fries cooked in beef tallow.

Along with five specialty burgers to choose from, the restaurant features quesadillas and chicken tenders.
