Say hello to Central Ohio’s first ‘dirty soda’-dedicated food truck

In case you don’t already know, dirty sodas, made famous by The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives reality show, are sweeping the country. And now an Ohio food truck dedicated to the refreshing summer treats is here.
What the Fizz, a dirty-soda dedicated concept launched by a trio of sisters, Hunter Rummell, Aaliyah Orr and Payton Fletcher–officially opened in May.
“At Easter this year we were sitting around chatting. I have a foundation pop addiction, and my sisters had asked if I knew about dirty sodas. I said, ‘Of course, I try to make them at home. There’s nothing around here like that,’ and the idea kind of grew from there,” Rummell said.

According to Rummell, What the Fizz offers five different types of dirty soda (sodas that are enhanced with flavor shots, syrups, cream and more), including bases of Coke, Sprite, Mountain Dew, Dr. Pepper and root beer. The truck also sells dirty energy drinks and Lemonade Shakeups with flavor enhancements, including a cotton candy version topped an entire chunk of cotton candy.
The truck travels between Mansfield, Mount Vernon and Columbus, and you can check out its Instagram and Facebook pages to learn where the truck will be on any given weekend.
