‘Seattle’s favorite bakery’ launching pop-up in Columbus

A lauded Seattle bakery is headed to Columbus for a (very) limited time.

Piroshky Piroshky Bakery, the eatery named of the country’s 20 most iconic food concepts by Smithsonian Magazine, will be holding a Columbus pop-up on Oct. 22, from 4-6 p.m.

It will be held at Combustion Brewery & Taproom’s Clintonville space, which is located at 2971 N. High St. You can place a pickup order here until Oct. 20 at 5 p.m.

The bakery, which started in the iconic Pike Place Market in 1992, currently operates multiple locations around Seattle. It’s known for the Eastern European pastry it takes its name from, which are served both sweet and savory. You can try options like Sausage & Pepperoni Pizza, Cinnamon Cardamon, Chocolate Cream Hazelnut and more.

The bakery offers its traveling pop-up in Oregon, Texas, Utah and Ohio (with stops in Columbus, Dayton and Cleveland).
