Aiming to “connect to ancient coastlines from Barcelona to Lebanon,” Dalton’s new spot will feature small plates, dips and spreads, pan-Mediterranean entrees, handheld options and dessert. It will also feature wine, signature cocktails, and will offer a sip-and-stroll along the Scioto, as it’s located within the city’s Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area (DORA).
The new eatery, which will be able to sit nearly 100 guests (in addition to lounge and patio seating) is expected to open in the spring of 2026, although an exact date hasn’t been announced. The name of Dalton’s new concept has been shared yet.
