The hottest hotcakes in Ohio aren’t your typical, flat stack.

According to the national publication Lovefood, Ohio’s ‘Best Pancake’ is rolled up into a ball, made with Fowler’s Mill Flour and a filling of your choice: either Nutella, Dulce de Leche, or Pumpkin-Apple Butter, with local Maple Syrup on the side.

Those who know what I’m talking about, know that these iconic Pancake Balls can only be found at Katalina‘s – a local, female owned café with three locations throughout the Columbus area (Victorian Village, Clintonville, and Bexley).
