Travel guide says this strip mall diner will serve you ‘the best hashbrowns of your life’

I think it’s a coincidence I stumbled upon this story by a travel guide, considering I was just at this local diner with a friend on Sunday and she specifically asked me if I was going to finish my hashbrowns. 

It’s not just Sydney that thinks these hashbrowns are incredible. According to the national travel guide Family Destinations, Grand Day Cafe “will serve you the best hash browns of your life.”

“Hash browns so perfectly crisp and golden they practically sparkle in the morning light,” they said. 

Grand Day Cafe is located in a strip mall at 1284 W. 5th Ave., close to Grandview. They’re known for classic diner breakfast and lunch, with very generous portions. And now, hopefully their hash browns are getting the recognition they deserve.
