A Japanese and Korean restaurant in Upper Arlington appears to have closed, and is slated to be replaced by a new Indian concept.

Bonsai Columbus, which was located at 3108 Kingsdale Center in Upper Arlington and offered sushi, Korean-style bowls and more, will be replaced by Tikka Masala Indian Grill & Bar. Although Bonsai’s signage is still up at the storefront, new banners reading “Tikka Masala Indian Grill & Bar coming soon” are currently on display.

Additionally, Bonsai’s phone is no longer connected, and its website no longer exists.

Tikka Masala has not yet announced a specific date for its grand opening. According to its Facebook page, the restaurant will offer “Indian cuisine with a modern twist,” although the eatery has not yet hared its menu.
