Zing!: Cold foam-focused coffee concept with ‘retro charm’ coming soon
For those who feel like they’re missing that little zing of energy to get them through the day, we may have just what you’re looking for.
Zing, a new mobile coffee cart, plans to bring “high energy, retro charm, and creative flair” to the city’s coffee scene.
The new concept, which was launched by longtime barista Courtney Fetherolf, plans to open in the spring of 2026, although an official opening date hasn’t been announced yet.

“I was born and raised in Columbus. I’ve always loved the local scene and supporting local whenever I can. I’ve been a barista for a long time and it’s always been a dream of mine to have a local coffee business of my own,” Fetherolf told 614Now. “The name ‘Zing’ embodies the idea of an instant boost, that first sip of coffee that gives you a little jolt of life, a moment of brightness, or a ‘zing’ to your day.”
While she said some of the cart’s menu is still being finalized, Fetherolf noted the cart plans to focus on cold foam beverages and drinks like their Zing Shot, which features espresso over ice. She will also offer a 12-ounce whole bean coffee (a medium brew) called Daily Zing.
