Another Ohio property featured on Zillow Gone Wild

Another Ohio property has landed on Zillow Gone Wild (ZGW), an ultra-popular Instagram account highlighting unique and elaborate homes from across the country.

While ZGW recently featured a central Ohio mansion with a literal underground pool, their new Ohio feature is far from as indulgent.

But it’s just as cool.

A former firehouse in Hamilton, Ohio was featured on the Instagram account. Many of the properties featured on Zillow Gone Wild often go for millions of dollars, this one, however, is available for $100,000.

At more than 3,000 square feet (with a 2,700 square foot loft), the historical building offers plenty of space, but will likely need to undergo a full remodel due to the state of the inside of the building, which is mostly bare.

According to the ZGW post, the space is listed by Kentucky and Ohio realtor Arthur Greenlee.
