A Dayton-area man was arrested in late July after allegedly threatening to kill a U.S. congressman over a medicaid issue.

“If you vote to take my f***ing Medicaid away, I’m gonna cut your f***ing head off…But I tell you this, clearly to your brain, if you f*** with my Medicaid, you’re a dead f***,” part of Dorsey’s alleged message to Jordan said.

Dorsey has not yet been convicted or sentenced for the alleged threat, but could serve up to five years in federal prison if found guilty.
