Columbus native wins largest cash prize gameshow history in first season of Mr. Beast game show

A Columbus native and internet personality took over $10 million as the overall winner in the first season of Beast Games.
The show, created by YouTube mega-star Mr. Beast, aired on Amazon Prime and concluded on Feb. 13. True to form for a creator known for large stunts and outrageous scenarios, the show broke multiple Guinness World Record, including those for the largest cash prize awarded for a competitive reality TV show ($10 million), largest physical cash prize award on set ($5 million) and most expensive season of a competitive reality show ($100 million).
