Columbus suburb named in top 10 ‘hottest ZIP code’ in nation by Realtor.com

No, it’s not just you–Central Ohio does seem busier than ever.

That could be because one of the hottest ZIP codes in the nation is right here.

Each year, Realtor.com spotlights the U.S. ZIP codes where buyer interest is strongest and homes are flying off the market. In this year’s list, Bexley, OH, is considered the 10th hottest zip code in the nation. “Houses don’t stay on the market long in these hot zip codes,” said Realtor.com.

The suburbs seem to be trending in 2025. “The country’s 10 Hottest ZIP Codes largely fall within desirable suburban corridors, where buyers can take advantage of slower-paced suburban living without giving up access to an economic hub,” said the report.

The median listing price from January-June of 2025 was $439,000, according to the report.
