Dave Portnoy shouts out local barber after receiving a cut while in Columbus
Dave Portnoy took in plenty of Columbus pizza when he was here for week one of the college football season.
But he also found time for some upscale grooming.
Near the end of his review of Iacono’s Pizza, a pizzeria patron tells him “You look good in person,” which prompts Portnoy to discuss his recent Columbus haircut experience.

According to Portnoy, he got a cut at Edwards Grooming, which is located at 57 E. Gay St. The Downtown barber shop also posted multiple photos of his visit, which you can check out below.
And while Portnoy gave Iacono’s a sizable score—which puts it in a three-way tie for highest rating in the state of Ohio—it’s too bad he didn’t throw in a bonus review for the hair cut (“One cut, everybody knows the rules”?).
Although he seems pretty pleased with it, giving Edwards a shoutout in the review of Iacono’s.
