The first occurred on Halloween of 2023, when taking a call from a woman whose boyfriend was threatening to kill himself. Daily turned off his body camera and the two exchanged phone numbers. He later reached out to her multiple times.

Additionally, investigators uncovered footage of Duty speaking with a woman near a Sunoco gas station on March 22, 2024. According to the woman, Duty asked if she wanted to go to their “normal spot.” He removed his body camera but it continued to record audio, in which he was heard asking the woman multiple times for sex. She declined, but later performed oral sex on him, for which he paid $20.
