From 2022-2023, Chesser sexually exploited and produced pornography involving a two year-old. He then pretended to be a 16 year-old boy online, where he met a 13 year-old, whom was convinced to send him sexually explicit photos.
While executing a search warrant, investigators discovered pornography on his phone from more than 65 different minors, which they believe he had been distributing for over a decade.
