Ohio woman turns herself in after allegedly cutting open man’s testicle while breaking into his home

Last week, Jeanita Hopings allegedly kicked down the door of a man’s home in Toledo.

According to court records, he ran downstairs naked after hearing the commotion, and Hopings allegedly cut his testicle sac with an “unknown instrument,” causing the testicle to be “clearly exposed as a result of the laceration.”

The man sought treatment from a nearby hospital.

Hopings turned herself in, and last Friday, she was placed on electronic monitoring. The judge issued a no contact order with the victim, and Hopings is due back in court for a preliminary hearing on October 16.
