The world’s largest rubber ducky is coming to Ohio

Just when you thought things couldn’t get weirder, they do.

The world’s largest rubber duck, known as “Mama Duck,” will be making a pair of Ohio stops this summer on its bizarre but beautiful journey across the United States.

Known as “Mama Duck,” the massive attraction stands at 61 feet tall, 64 feet wide and 74 feet long, and can be displayed on water or land.

Mama Duck will make its first Buckeye State stop on May 31 at the Hartville Jeep Fest, which is located at 1289 Edison St. NW. Sitting southeast of Akron, Hartville is approximately a 2.5 hour drive from Columbus.

It will also be make an appearance at Put-in-Bay Aug 1-3. The occasion for its Put-in-Bay appearance isn’t clear, but there’s more info here about its visit.
