This Ohio city is one of the most unsafe in the country, new study says

According to a new study from WalletHub, you’ll probably want to be on high alert the next time you’re in Cleveland.

The new study, which named the country’s safest cities, tapped Cleveland as the 10th most unsafe city in the country, out of the nation’s 182 most-populated cities.

  7. Houston
  8. San Bernadino
  9. Philadelphia
  10. Cleveland

The list was created by ranking each city across a number of categories, including a home and community safety rank, natural disaster risk rank and financial safety risk rank. Cleveland was ranked 171st in home and community safety and 182nd in financial risk safety.

Columbus was ranked the 159th safest city out of 182.
