After nearly 25 years, Columbus-area bar and eatery announces closure
A long-standing Westerville bar and restaurant is closing its doors after nearly a quarter of a century.
According to a social media post, Wendell’s Pub will close after this weekend. Aug. 25 will be its final day of operation.
“We’d love for you to join us as much as possible in this last week. Have some drinks, order your favorite menu items while you can, and please, share your stories. Let the family and staff know what Wendell’s has meant to you,” Wendell’s post reads. “We will be open for regular business hours this week and will serve food and drinks while supplies last.”
