Popular Columbus pizzeria offering pierogi pizza with mashed potato base, potato chips

Pierogis are great. Pizza is great. For the rest of the week at least, you don’t need to choose between the two of them.

Italian Village hotspot GoreMade Pizza is rolling out a new specialty pie that’s uniquely pierogi themed.

The Loaded Pierogi Pizza, which will be available through this week, has arrived. According to a social media post from GoreMade, here’s what the new menu item features:

“A decadent mashed potato base with Fresh Mozzarella, Bacon, Jalapeño, White Cheddar, Horseradish Sour Cream (made with horseradish from my back yard!), Green Onion, Salt ‘n Pepper Potato Chips and finished with cracked pepper,” Goremande’s post reads.

The Italian Village eatery is known for its rotating speciality menu and a focus on sourcing quality local ingredients whenever possible. It’s located at 936 N. 4th St.
