Self-described as a “studio” due to the way the concept combines “flavors, functional ingredients, and a bit of fun to create beverage magic,” the concept leans into the customization offered in cafes and other places serving coffee drinks, applying this to the world of sparkling beverages.

Patrons start with a “sparkler,” their term for a sparkling water base, and are able to customize nearly every facet of their drink, leading to essentially endless possibilities for customization. Guests can add cream, syrups, natural flavors, fruit and much more, and can control the sugar content, carbonation, texture and even hydration levels of their drink.
