Kids from all over the neighborhood took over the ballroom event space with bins of LEGO sets, cartoons on the big screen, complimentary hot coco, pastries, and pizza. The event was organized by owners Anand and Doris Saha. 614Now caught up with Anand who said “I wanted to do this for the neighborhood, I got a chance to relive my own kids’ childhood! Lots of clean up afterwards but it was worth it”. Check out the Facebook post for more highlights.
Anand happened to have bins of LEGO sets readily available as part of a program he started; Million LEGO for Kids, which donates them to educational programs and classrooms in Columbus.
