A nine year-old has gone viral for massive deadlift at the Arnold
The Arnold Sports Festival is no stranger to compelling feats of strength, but a nine year old may have taken the cake in terms of eye-catching achievements at this year’s event, and she’s going viral because of it.
During the festival, which took place March 6-7, Lucy Milgrim, a 9 year-old from Bellmore, New York, pulled off a personal best deadlift of 180 pounds, which is more than many adults can muster.

In case you were wondering, Milgrim is also an accomplished wrestler. She recently included a video of her taking down an opponent on her social meia pages.
