24-hour donut chain shares opening date of first Ohio store, giving away free donuts this week
An Indiana donut shop is opening its first Ohio location, and it is already making a sweet first impression.
Jeff’s Donuts, a 24-hour handcrafted donut shop, will officially open its doors on July 6 at 6 a.m., but before that, the shop is offering Columbus donut lovers a preview of its menu.
In preparation for its opening at 5717 N Hamilton Rd., Jeff’s Donuts is training its employees and familiarizing them with the kitchen. As a delicious result, fresh donuts are being prepared and are available to try for free until July 3rd, or until supplies run out.

Jeff’s Donuts features a menu of both gourmet and classic donuts, along with “fancy fritters,” a selection of alternative baked goods.
The shop quickly came to the Columbus donut scene’s attention; many locals have already tried some menu items and have been left satisfied.
“We stopped by today, and the donuts were delicious! Best donuts we have ever had!” someone on Facebook commented.
The free donuts are currently running on a first-come, first-served basis, and the offer will end when donuts are gone for the day.
